So it's a film....but not with CbC...

"Laundry" [working title] happens to be one of the few films I am working on right now just not with Culture By Culture.
[for more see: thatotherstuff.blogspot.com]

So I realize this blog isn't being read because no one knows about it...I'm posting anyways
So, the world has righted itself again. Eric goes out and gets a fancy new steadicam, check it out at thatotherstuff.blogspot.com, and so thats a plus. I go and drop something on my external harddrive, so thats a negative.
In my last post, I forgot to mention that, in the first time under the name Culture by Culture, our production team had a really good showing at the Windsor International Film Festival and the 48 Hour Flick Fest. Not only was our video shown at the WIFF, which is pretty awesome in itself, but we also were the winners of two, count'em two, awards. Our film, Coaxial Diet, took home best editing and best cinematography. We did not take home best film, but I am proud as all hell that we accomplished what we did. So congrats to all the boys and girls that made that film the success it was. Check out the film here.
Eric K. Boucher also shot a film entitled, Mang Kharnoo Chali Ung (I am going home), which I personally think is pretty visually mind blowing, which can be seen here.
Most of this stuff is on thatotherstuff.blogspot.com, but throwing it up here doesn't hurt.
Hopefully, if I keep on Eric, he will finally upload "Matthew" the other film we made during the 48 hour Flick Fest and also the short that was shot a few weeks ago, tentatively titled "Polaroid", I am personally leaning towards called it "Picture This" but we shall see about that one.
Stay tuned for the next installment of Culture by Culture, possibly being shot over the christmas break.
aaaaaaaand cut........was that lame? no? okay. CUT!
